		<description>Folks, this is HARDLY new... Ice storage AC has been around for years, and requires a large user who can take advantage of low commercial off peak rates. Back in the 80&#039;s many office buildings took advantage of tax credits for these systems, and today their owners are enjoying the benefits (the utility customers naturally funded private industry benefits for this in higher rates to cover the program).  

So, once again, we have old news appearing new...</description>
