I have 4 now. The advice I follow and give my friends is pick your design and then wait a year, if you still want it then there is a good chance you wont live to regret it.

That's actually really a really good point! I have four as well. I got my first one- probably my least favorite- a really rushed version of the Misfits symbol on the top of my foot when I turned 18 and I just got it because I had the money and I was in the shop.
You really have to consider if you want this thing on your body for the rest of your life. My most recent, a grim reaper based on the Edward Gorey artwork, was one I thought about for close to 6 months.
Thanks for the comment!

Hi Willie Main,

That beautiful blue peacock is my fav, on someone's bod or in real life. Your preparation and notation for the process and duration, saved the nation. I have walked many friends into the tatoo parlors, and everything you said was right on. Have you considered Med School in addition to your playwriting? Bet you are fantastic, and find works that are unusual and make crowds come back for another go.

Thank you for the kind words about my article. I have seen too many people get horrible tattoos and if I can save a few from getting anymore I have done my job. I do not think I'm cut out for med school, I can barely comprehend basic math, let alone study human anatomy!
