This is so freaky. I am just finishing up reading : A Lion called Christian, very interesting and heart-warming. Thanks for the added inspiration to my book. Lions are such majestic and regal animals.

It’s a shame that although the Adamsons were wonderful with their lions, they were horrible to local people. Joy is infamous for her racism and treatment of her servants. However, the Adamsons’ house, located on the shores of Lake Naivasha, is now an environmental institute, providing education about East Africa’s environmental problems and how to tackle them. Shame about the water hyacinth.
