I’ve seen some other cool ones too!

In Toronto, there were large Moose all around the city painted in various styles by different artists/sponsors/etc. (http://www.toronto.ca/moose/moose_moosellaneous.htm)

I also lived in Prague, and while I didn’t get to see the penguins, there were cows at one point, much like the moose in Toronto (http://www.molon.de/galleries/Czech/Prague/Oldtown/img.php?pic=13).

There are also large baby statues positioned as if they were climbing up a tower close to the Prague centrum (http://image64.webshots.com/64/8/42/62/2960842620086847023fNDetZ_ph.jpg)
