What if everyone everywhere in every indirect communication slipped in the”Red Flag”, words, like Terrorists, dirty bomb, huge weapons cache, nuclear detonator,militant resistance group, assassination attempt, conspiracy, weapons of mass destruction, revolution, etc., everything would be “Red Flagged” thus overwhelming the system and rendering it useless.
