Here is a photo number 7 that is asking for news.
This photo was made in Alupka, Crimea, Ukraine.
I was in this castle (Woroncew castle) this summer
while having a tour through Crimea : ) (was there virtually 3 weeks ago)
What is more funny i bought this photo in this castle,
because one of the workers made this photo while
being in castle.
They decided to sell it and make of it some kind of attraction
that can be paid for.
As a freaky FAN of clouds immediately bought a copy : )

Back in 1970 while vacationing in a small village south of San Felipe, Baja, Mexico we were staying on a beach in a friends trailer just over the hill of this village. No one was around except us and a dog who would visit is daily and never barked. One day while laying in the trailer we heard the dog barking. We thought it must be another animal. I went outside to see what the dog was looking at. I saw a tall white cloud like form, almost as tall as the cliff and rounded at the top. One huge solid like mass. Then I saw a another one come out of the sea and it joined the other one next to it on the cliff. Then another and another until there were 7 of these huge white forms. I told my boyfriend to come out of the trailer. Then these 7 massive white forms joined together into one huge form and started to float towards us. We turned around leaving all out things in the trailer and walked very fast over the hill to the village and never looked back, We could hear the dog barking. As soon as we got to the village, I heard a large bang, turned around and saw a huge flash of light. It was a clear sunny day. We didn't see any Mexicans around the village. There was only a small restaurant with some hammocks outside on the deck. We slept in the hammocks that night and hitched a ride on a coca cola truck to San Felipe teh next morning.

Cool collection. Definitely a case of being in the right place at the right time (with a camera). I guess you onle have a few minutes before the clouds morph into another shape.

This was a really interesting article and some great resources around the many cloud formations. These strange creations of course come in all sorts of varying mediums not least the piece burnt of toast in Brazil which resembled Jesus or a whole host of other 'strange' occurrences. Thankfully we have the internet which provides us with these types of stories almost instantly - long live the information highway!

The photos of clouds failed to display on my pc....the thumbnails were clear but ....any suggestions...something I need to do to allow the display to open?

Creepy? You need to get a grip on reality. They're just clouds! And while some of these vaguely resemble what you say they do, my opinion is you have an over-active imagination.
