		<description>I had the opportunity to visit Foie Gras producers in France a couple of years ago. I saw flocks of ducks and geese being reared for Foie Gras and also witnessed the gavage.

Whilst I agree that it is force feeding, with the corn being funnelled directly to the stomach, the birds free-ranged with loads of space to roam and generally seemed pretty happy.

Contrast that with our £2.00 table chickens reared in big barns never getting to see the sunlight, but being kept in artificial light for extended hours encouraging the birds to feed longer and fatten for the table quicker.

Which bird actually lives the best life? Maybe we should look at our own domestic practices first.</description>

		<description>Irrelevant fuss that seems to get people really going.  It&#039;s all very misguided.  The Prince is simply seeking good PR as well he should but the fact that by seeking this kind of PR he is giving credence to hysterical morons.
