		<description>I can not believe that you did not list President George Bush. in 2009 he set aside 195,000 square miles of Pacific Ocean as a national maritime preserve. This is by fat the largest grant of any President ever.</description>

This is true, the inacipation proclimation givin by Lincoln only freed the slaves in the north (he was not president and had no control of or over the south). He only freed the northern slaves (there were none).</description>
