		<description>Yeah I can&#039;t get a hold of chegg at all. I rented 3 books from them and only received 2 of them. I tried the customer service, what a joke. They provide no e-mail address. The phone number they have is only for account information and their card varification. Good luck getting a hold of a real person in their chat. Just keeps asking me to type in a question in a box. I don&#039;t know what to do with the book I need. I guess I&#039;ll just cancel the rented order for just the one book. Chegg kind of sucks I guess. If their customer service was better I&#039;d keep getting books from them, but I&#039;m done.</description>

It is hard for me to buy my books so I am trying to rent them but that is even hard when i can not get all help for my schooling...</description>

I have had so many problems with this company since I ordered my textbooks there in the fall, and their customer service is pretty much non-existent and gives you conflicting information. They waited at least a week to tell me that they didn&#039;t even have some of the books in stock that I ordered, and the books they did send didn&#039;t even arrive until close to 3 weeks after I ordered them. This was after paying extra for priority shipping, too. Then halfways through the semester they sent me 31 text message notifications, one or two every 15 minutes or so, between 2:00 and 6:30 am just to inform me that a book had been cancelled a couple months earlier. On top of that, their return process doesn&#039;t even work and only gives you the option to buy or extend the order, so now I&#039;m fighting with them on that one too. The concept is good, but this company has terrible service!</description>

I order my book, wait the estimated delivery time, call them when it doesn&#039;t show up. I can&#039;t get through to anyone. Repeat three times over three separate days. I email about ten times. I file a ticket on their website.

Nothing for 2 weeks! My book is nowhere, my class has started and I&#039;m falling behind because of CHEGG. I order the book off another internet site and cancel the Chegg bill on my card. About a week later, they finally respond: They never had the book and neither did any of their affiliates. Oops.

If you want to save money, rent from some other place. If you go with Chegg, you&#039;ll get screwed. I&#039;m never shopping there again and I&#039;m telling everyone I know that they SUCK!</description>

		<description>Chegg is a wonderful concept, rent a book and they plant a tree...but Chegg&#039;s CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!  I have been trying to get a hold of them for 3 WEEKS now.  I am still missing one book (out of the 10 that I ordered). 

I have sent several e-mails and called them (what feels like) a million times. Every time I call, their answering machine says they are experiencing &quot;a high call volume&quot; and to call back later or send an e-mail. It then HANGS UP on me.  So I call several different times in the day and it&#039;s the same story. I don&#039;t think there is anyone on the other end - EVER!

With regards to the e-mails that I have sent, I have gotten 2.  It seems like they are idiots because they keep asking me for the same information (that was in the e-mail that I sent to them). 

I am discouraging students (et all) to not RENT from Chegg. Find alternatives...they are out there. Also, I am going to do the following:
1. Post all over the web as much as I can to let people know my experience.
2. Request a credit for that specific book from my credit card.
3. Report them to the better business bureau.
4. I am going to un-recommend them to all my friends.

I am tired of being hung up on and not being called back or given a solution to my e-mails.
