Carbon dioxide increases will not make the air quality deteriorate, nor make skin cancer rates rise. It's not a pollutant and it interacts with long wavelength radiation, not the short wavelengths around UV required for skin cancer. I don't even buy the temperature fluctuation part either. The greenhouse effect doesn't make the climate more volatile, in fact it's the exact opposite. That doesn’t make a whole lot of sense.
