		<description>That doesn&#039;t make a whole lot of sense.  Carbon dioxide increases will not make the air quality deteriorate, nor make skin cancer rates rise.  It&#039;s not a pollutant and it interacts with long wavelength radiation, not the short wavelengths around UV required for skin cancer.

I don&#039;t even buy the temperature fluctuation part either.  The greenhouse effect doesn&#039;t make the climate more volatile, in fact it&#039;s the exact opposite.</description>
