		<description>What a great article. I have had an interest in Hungary for some time and lived just below Austria for a year, it&#039;s an especially fascinating topic. Also, nice twist ending. I do think  that the United Nations might at some point develop the necessary infrastructure and international support to assist with multinational environmental issues. However, the last thing we&#039;d want is for some Yahoo in power to try to muscle his way into the problem. We&#039;ve had enough of that by now for certain.</description>
