I have had an interest in Hungary for some time and lived just below Austria for a year, it's an especially fascinating topic. Also, nice twist ending. I do think that the United Nations might at some point develop the necessary infrastructure and international support to assist with multinational environmental issues. However, the last thing we'd want is for some Yahoo in power to try to muscle his way into the problem. We've had enough of that by now for certain. What a great article.
